Unopened Products: Refunds or replacements are available for unopened and unused items returned in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled if the request is made before the order has been processed for shipping.
Once an order has been processed for shipping, it can no longer be canceled.
